The Death and Rebirth of self by Madisyn Taylor is an article explaining the important of welcoming change within our self. In order for us to evolve as individuals we must understand that change is natural and necessary part of life. This change that takes place in us can often be confusing and disorienting but when we recognize these feelings that gives us more of a time to prepare ourselves for whats to come. As a freshman student in college we often walk inside college thinking it will be just like High School or we think the opposite and feel intimidated and overwhelm. When we learn how to transition our selfs from these two separate worlds we can ultimately "survive and adapt" to college and welcome the new part of our life with open arms and mind.
